Content brief introduction:
In the spring of 1938, Chinese troops fought a 5-month battle against Japanese troops in Xuzhou city. During the Tai'er Zhang victory, 12,000 Japanese soldiers were killed. In the middle of June, Wuhan Battle was launched and then on Oct. 25, Chinese troops withdrew initially. And Wuhan battle, which lasted over 4 months, ended in its fall into the enemy's hands. And then the Anti-Japanese War went into a stalemate. In Nov, 1937, the Japanese troops began to attack Nangjing, China's capital at that time, and the National Government decides to move the capital into Chongqing and a nationwide migration began. Factories, cultural relics and treasures, colleges and universities in the coastal cities all moved into inland areas. It is estimated about 50 million refugees suffered from the migration, many of whom died.
